The seamless no-contact check-in and check-out is an excellent automation touch, probably not for everybody, but I loved it. We arrived exhausted after a multiple-hour flight delay and were not ready to communicate properly - but we received the code for the common area and our room within the same day and just entered;
Rooms are a bit small (when you use the couch as the bed) but excellently laid out, leaving space for everything you might need. The patio\veranda outside was giant and felt like a personal yard, which was a great touch.
There is also no general city noise in the room (apart from unlucky neighbors or construction), lighting is flexible and well designed, and the overall feel is very futuristic, including the common areas;
