After spending 10 days in a tiny cabin on a cruise ship the Athens Metro Suites felt like living in a mansion. We used the refrigerator, microwave oven, and induction cooktop. The suite was very clean, and the elevator worked well. The televisions worked fine as did the HVAC. We really appreciated the ability to lock our luggage in a secure storage area before check-in time. The neighborhood was quiet the weekend we stayed, except for the fireworks after Easter Sunday midnight service. We weren't adventurous enough to try public transportation, but it only cost 7euros for a taxi to the entrance of the Acropolis. We would certainly stay there again for a longer time.

in the apartment, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was great for us as a family. the apartment is very clean and nicely designed. the staff was very friendly and replaced the towels several times during our stay and brought missing things for the kitchen. in the building, there is a conference room and a gym. the apartment is located 15-20 minutes walk from the city center
