What makes Kipos exceptional is the property's ability to anticipate and satisfy every need. To cite a small example, there were actually ice cubes in the refrigerator-- something I have never seen at any other hotel in Greece, so matter the cost. The staff has thought of everything, and they make sure you are comfortable. As for the rooms, they are handsome and well appointed. The location is excellent if you want to stay near the center of Heraklion, within walking distance of everything.

Great location to access the Old Town and an array of restaurants and cafes. Lovely decor and great space in the rooms including an outdoor terrace area to sit and listen to the chiming of the bells on the hour. Mike the receptionist when we arrived gave us a wonderful welcome with his warm and friendly manner. His dinner recoomendatios were on point too.

Staff is very friendly and proactive, the suite was large and clean, the place is in a great location

Beautiful renovated modern room with patio area . Very clean and comfortable and quiet . Walking distance to center of old town - 5-8 min. Michael and other staff were most welcoming and friendly! Helped us with suggestions for his favorite restaurants that did not dissappint!! Wonderful experience. Private Parking free and with gate . Highly recommended!
