Location was perfect/ breakfast was super / costumer service were always available and offer great help
Theodora at the front desk was incredibly helpful when we checked in. She helped us book a restaurant and gave us recommendations for sights to see. The location was great, there was parking provided, they had water in the fridge for us, there was lots of storage for our clothes/suitcases, and we had a lovely balcony looking out over the old Venetian wall and the water. The breakfast was also amazing. Lots to choose from and they had labels on all the food in several languages so we knew what we were eating.
Breakfast with a nice view to the city and sea. Very close to the airport. Ideal for stepping by if travelling further. The food is excellent, great choice for breakfast.
Comfortable rooms, good location, and amazing view from the rooftop restaurant.
The staff are absolutely exceptional. Polite, friendly and very helpful. When I return to Crete I will definitely look for Castello City Hotel again.
