The location is excellent. Near the city's centre, but in a very quiet neighbourhood with enough parking spaces around the building. The hosts were very welcoming and offered us a nice bottle of local wine as a welcome amenity. They were very discreet when they were visiting the property to maintain the garden and clean the swimming pool. The cleaning service was very efficient. The space of the room and the bathroom was sufficient. The Nespresso coffee machine was a great touch.

The room was spacious and cleaned daily. Each room has chairs to sit outside and enjoy the pool and greenery around the property. The hosts were very welcoming, caring and supportive to make our stay as good as possible.

The new building, room was very comfortable and beautiful. There is a swimming pool which is clean. The location is good, 5 minutes walk from the center and restaurants. The hotel is located in a very quiet place. There is a place to park your car. The owners are very friendly and kind, we got a lot of presents, even though we stayed for one night: lukum, juices, cookies, magnet and a bottle of wine. They were very helpful, worried if we needed anything. So nice. There is an option to order breakfast that will be delivered to you by the time you specify. There is a coffee machine inside the room.

The rooms were clean, equipped with everything we needed. The owner is a great guy, very responsive and pleasant. Plenty of parking around the building. Syvota center is really near, where you have bakeries, grocery stores and cafes. Breakfast included in the price was okay, coffee and juice are included as well.

New hotel with big rooms . Very clean . Every day the staff clean the rooms . Is the best place to stay because you park your car in the hotel and go everywhere in Syvota by foot . Very kind owners and staff .
