Fantastic location to be able to access everything (downtown, museums, water, transportation, etc.) within walking distance. Also, as a woman visiting this city by myself for the first time, I felt very safe and comfortable!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The entire atmosphere felt positive and welcoming.

The room was clean and spacious.

The breakfast is on the top floor looking out onto the sea and the harbor. The sunrise was gorgeous from up there! Coffee and food were nice too.

Amazing beds and awesome water pressure for showers. We loved our stay, breakfast was so good and we even got to make our own fresh orange juice!

Everything . Manolis is an excellent manager of the hotel. Warm and friendly and takes care of the needs of his guests. I have been staying at this hotel for 10 years and it's my only choice in Herakleion.

Very helpful staff. Good breakfast and only 10 minutes from the main square of old town. Nice view of the harbor and fortress. It's a 15-minute walk from the ferry port, but unexpected city stairs at the end

Great view from balcony of harbor and castle! Easy walk to bus station and from airport shuttle. The breakfast buffet was great. The hotel clerk was very helpful to us when our flight home got messed up. He let us use his phone to call the airlines! Beds were comfortable.
