The stay is really close the harbor and many restaurants. It was self check in and self checkout which made our flexible time less bothersome to others. The room was super clean and there were complimentary waters, coffee, tea, and snacks.

The location was nice and the room was clean and cozy. Recommend.

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Toiletries were provided and bathroom was nice. Polixeny herself was a wonderful host. Internet was good. Very close to great restaurants and attractions. Not far from airport.

Our multi-generational family of 5 booked all 4 suites for a week and it could not have been more ideal. The rooms were large, tastefully designed, and clean. The showers were modern with great water pressure (not always the case on our travels). We were surprised to discover a rooftop deck, with the nice added touch of racks and clothespins for drying clothes in the Crete sunshine. The hotel is perfectly located with shops and restaurants and the waterfront all within easy walking distance. There is a coin-operated laundry right around the corner. The place would be perfect if there was a kitchen, but there is a small fridge in each room for our purchases of the delicious local cheeses and wine. Polixeny is a kind, generous host who made us feel relaxed and happy from the moment we arrived.
