Proximity to centre and bus station. Friendliness of staff. Great views from top floor. Clothes drying facilities on roof.
The location was good as it's next to the bus station and we were going to the airport early the next morning.
Staff were friendly, room was nice, did not have the breakfast as we left before it started.

The staff was really nice. The room was big and spaceous, with a large balcony. The room has also a mini fridge, big bed and very spaceous bathroom. There was also a big desk where you can work if needed.The location of the hotel is 10 min away from the main center Chania. The main bus station is just around the corner, so it is prety easy to get here from the airport with the bus even if you have more than minimal luggage.
The balcony was outstanding, the view was spectacular.
