The staff were fabulous (Nicoletta, Georges, and the rest of the staff made us feel so very welcome . The location/view was exceptional. Breakfast was amazing (they went out of their way to accommodate our dietary needs!).
The pool view and bar are seriously incredible. We watched the sunset from there both nights of our stay.
The place was amazing, with a beautiful view. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay there.
Loved everything! The staff was amazing & very accommodating. Checkout was at 11, but they held our luggage, let us continue using the pool, & let us use a bathroom/shower until we left for the airport later in the day.
The location was nice with a wonderful view of the caldera. George gave us some great restaurant recommendations & things to do. He also helped arrange transfers to the ferry port & the airport.
A homemade breakfast is included & they make something special each day. All of it was great! We would stay here again.

Location is very central. within 10-15 minute walk to the capital - Fira.
Plenty of good restaurants, markets, cafes is a plus!
