The location is the best. It was the best introduction to Batumi. The apartment location is perfect. Minutes anywhere and the gardens and boulevard, cafes and markets are all easy to get to. The inside area was very comfy and good quality furnishings. The wifi worked great and consistently. Air conditioning worked great too. It was quiet and safe for solo women travelers. The kitchen had all the necessary items. The owner is super helpful and replies quickly. I stayed one full month in April.
The area (old city) and waterfront is amazing. So many free activities and everything is right next to the apartment. There are free outdoor gyms along the boulevard (sea front) and forest trails and lots of fountains with free water. I walked 10km every morning and didn't need to take a water bottle with. The street dogs near the old city are super friendly and well taken care of. They'll happily go for a walk with you...or sit and keep you company.
Location of this apartment was excellent. All attractions are at a walking distance. It is well equipped, has everything you may need for a comfortable stay.
The property has excellent location, in the city center, near the sea. The host is very kind and helpful. Everything is comfortable for group tours.
