The room was nice and you can find all what you need!
But what makes this place special and amazing is the staff, I’m surprised since the begging, since the entrance until I left. In the entrance I was received by Mohamed and another guy, both of them very kind and proceeded to take me to the reception, there was where I met a gem of this hotel, Ahmed Hamza. He’s the best host and extremely helpful, check in process was very fast and flexible since I came earlier, all the time I was assisted by Hamza who offered to me the best service that I had ever had. Hamza was willing to help and he did his best to make my stay wonderful, I even extended my stay for one more night and I’m happy to have this great experience. I wish I can come back soon to Sharm and stay in the same hotel, I’m sure there’s no hotel can reach that level of service. Thanks a lot Ahmed Hamza for making my trip the best in Sharm, thanks for your kindness, help and great hospitality.
The comfortable hotel and helpfull staff breakfast was ok just a lil bit far from beach
I booked one apartment suite and they upgraded us to loft style apartment. The room is spacious, it has all the things that you need. I appreciate the washing machine and Refrigerator, and there is a garden side where you can hang your clothes, or stay and unwind. Its newly renovated, its modern and the place is peaceful and quiet. they have mini grocery and the price is local price, its really cheap. Even their transportation in case you need to go downtown. They have scheduled transport which is free. If not, they will charge you less compared to taxi outside. They have restaurant inside, it’s delicious, big serving and cheap as well. The staff aren’t really strict with check in and out which I was so thankful about. The staff are always willing to help. They have pool.
It was a wonderful experience and i would definitely book again.
