1. Welcoming and helpful staff: my elderly father was sick the 1st day and they were attentive in measuring oxygen levels etc, tailoring the food
Options and offering general advice on altitude sickness
2. Location: walking distance from the main market and restaurants
3. Rooms: Spacious, clean and modern rooms
4. Meals
5. Trip arrangements: We booked mulfi-day trips with a driver/tour operator they recommended (Mr. Jigmat Angchuk) and he was excellent. He accomodated schedule chanhes due to my parents health, suggested goodnalternatives and options, and was very friendly and caring
5. Delicious breakfast with a variety of options (Indian/Western etc). We also ate dinner there and they tailored some menu items to our tastes (less spicy, less oily)
