Premium property with clean and spacious rooms. Staff was very polite and professional. Loved the stay, bathroom was very clean and hot water was available. Everything was great during our stay. The breakfast buffet was of top quality with great options. I tried extending my stay but it was sold out. Best stay in the city at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Rooms are nicely decorated and warm, beds are comfortable. The hotel restaurant served delicious india food.

Very comfortable spacious room, with view of snow capped mountains. Hotel is in a great location where there was a short walk to the centre. The best part of the stay were the staff, particularly Ashwani and Munish on reception. Nothing was too much trouble and they were able to help me with excursions and transfers to/from the airport. They were both not only very competent and knowledgeable in their role, but also very friendly with a sense of humour. They made my stay very enjoyable and memorable . and they are a credit to the hotel.

The location of the property. Though the hotel is slightly inside the lane while inside it provides a wide open look. The Deluxe Double room was good and spacious. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. We couldn't enjoy the food much due to our short stay.
