Attentive staff, nice food and drink, albeit higher in price range, compared to other restaurants. Very comfortable bed, nice large rooms. Clean rooms and common areas. True 4.5 star. Very reasonable cost per night. Staff were amazing. I would definitely return for another stay.

Close to the airport, walking distance to Kuta. staff were friendly. Good wifi. Breakfast was good.
The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic.
