Really nice hotel, beautiful location, friendly staff, clean, good buffet breakfast.
The breakfast is always really good and peaceful...the staff is fantastically helpful..2 things to consider being an upgraded and large coffee machine...Secondly the chef cutting the fruit really needs to remove the "rind' of the fruit being cut and served, it's really bitter and unprofessional...but otherwise all is great...
We had a good experience while stay at Mercure Kuta. The sunset view from our room at 3rd floor was amazing. This hotel located at strategic location in Kuta Beach. Only one thing that makes unconfortable during our stay, the traffic jam around Kuta.
Fantastic location. Very kind and helpful staff. Immaculate throughout. Beautiful outside areas, gorgeous infinity pool area, courtyard, and sunset view. We were second-time guests and look forward to staying there again.
I was greeted with an enthusiastic and eager to please reception team. The entire hotel staff was very friendly. I called for ice and it was at my doo r in less than 3 minutes. I asked for extra towels and the door bell rang almost before I hung up the phone. Need a taxi, a tour, a recommendation for a restaurant. Just ask! Totally loved staying here. I plan on going back to Bali and this is where I will stay.
Side note: I saw a YouTube video that was very negative about staying in Kuta. It was 100% wrong.
