Otaiba was very hospitable. He gave tips on the best way to visit Petra. He also gave recommendations for local restaurants and markets. Highly appreciated.
Helpful and knowledgeable host, quiet, spacious and clean rooms, 5 minute drive to the Petra Visitor’s Center and dozens of tasty restaurants for dinner, filling breakfast on site or to take away at whatever hour was needed- everything we could have hoped for! Would definitely stay here again!
Otaiba was an excellent host. He gave us helpful information about visiting Petra.

Otaiba was such a great manager, he drove us in his own car to an amazing view point, gave us recommendations for restaurants, he was on top of everything always with a smile and good attitude, the best asset of a hotel is an employee like him,
