The property's keeper met us on arriving and gave all needed recommendations - and all of them were very useful.
We also got the application with description of the Cuenca's area on the phone.
A lovely house all to ourselves. Spacious with views and a good shower.
Perfect location for walks in town and up the hills. Clean and equipped for self-cattering. Comfortable and quiet place with big beds. Terrasse is small and not much usable, but there are benches in front of the house with view to enjoy. Easy parking at the door of the house. Advise: if you come by car, always drive back uphill or you might be trapped in narrow streets of old town.
The apartment was clean and I was offered the possibility of letting my luggage after check-out in case I needed it.
It was great to get the possibility also to make some laundry.
Jose was also very quick to answer to all my requests/messages before arrival. He also provided me with a map of the city upon arrival, which was kind of him.
The apartment is only 15 minutes from the old town and 10 minutes from the new town. However, it is up a hill. Not a problem for me, but could be if you're not mobile. A bonus for us was the apartment was less than 10 minutes walk away from the dinosaur museum. A must see
