Great location, close to the Old Town, Guggenheim Museum, shopping and airport bus. Easy to access accommodation. Clean, comfortable. Can store luggage there after Check-Out, very handy.

The property was located centrally in Bilbao, in a large and clean palazzo. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They held our luggage as we arrived before check-in; they gave tips on where to go for food and to see the sights. They spoke perfect English. The room was clean and well-appointed with a large bathroom. The beds were comfortable. Great start to our two week vacation in Spain!
