Large, comfortable room with views of the river and parts of the city. Close to old town. Bonus - laundromat within steps of the hotel! There's a nice breakfast (you have to pay but very reasonable). Overall, enjoyed our stay!
The hotel is located right in the heart of Bilbao and central to all of the best attractions of the city without making you feel in the center of everything. It wasn't overly crowded or busy at the hotel. I was able to get rest! The staff was friendly and very attentive. If you needed anything, all you have to do is ask.
Wonderful location in the old town. Close to the market, shops and lots of restaurants and bars and the tram line and metro. Loved the interesting interior contemporary decor that retained some of the old features of the original building. Was very happy with my room with a small balcony.

Breakfast was fantastic. So many choices and actually good. One of the best breakfast for us and we love choice and hot breakfast not just croissants and fruit. Industrial Modern design.
