Clean, close to many tour sites and places to visit
The breakfast buffet was perfectly clean and organized. The food that was served was of such a great quality and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Also, the room was clean every day because of the cleaner's frequent visits when we were gone. When I visited with my brother it happened to be our birthday and they prepared a very cute surprise in our room. Overall a great experience!!
We signed up for breakfast and we were not disappointed. Lots of variety and hours are good. Many times breakfast ends at 9:30 or 10 too early for us. This ended at 11 during the week and 12 on the weekends. The hotel is also located next to a few subway stations. The location for us was perfect.
central location, 10 min walk to train station. Decent hotel with good breakfast. Staff were not super friendly but they were polite.
The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Many spoke English which helped with my passable Spanish capabilities. Enzo in the lobby bar area was wonderful and made our stay fun.
