When I arrived I thought it was an open reception, I probably didn't read the instructions correctly. To make matters worse our phones didn't work we had to do some settings on the phone to get it to work. They were so lovely at the real estate agent to help us after that everything went very well. When I got into the apartment and was able to connect to the internet I figured out the problem with the phone. The apartment was great and nice to be in, the noise didn't bother us so it was just nice to have the window open and listen to the music which was turned off at 11pm. The pool bar was great and the staff were awesome. Around this hotel there is everything you could want. We went to the beach a lot to watch the surfers.

Check-in and check-out were quick and straightforward. Our host, a kind lady from the agency, was at our disposal for any info. The apartment is lovely, well-equipped and well-positioned. We enjoyed the heated pool within the complex. The proximity of the restaurants, bars and shops was a great advantage.

Surroundings and the apartment were lovely. The pool was fantastic too. The location was perfect for bars and restaurants.

Modern and clean. Good location. Easy to book and communicate with owners.
