I recently had the pleasure of staying at Motel One Madrid, and from the moment I arrived, it was clear this was going to be more than just an average hotel experience. Every detail, from the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless rooms exceeded my expectations. Centrally located, the hotel made it easy to explore the best of Madrid. Major attractions, shops, and restaurants were all within walking distance or a short ride away.
the staff friendliness and the reception desk area
Lovely reception bar and rooms. Air conditioning. Great beds, clean, fridge. Employees very customer service oriented, located across street from a fabulous tapas restaurant.
Our television was mot working, but we got immediately a new room and even the staff helped me carry the luggage to the new room. We got a FOC drink due to this inconvenience. Really advise this hotel :-)
Very clean, comfortable and cool. The staff knew all of people in our wedding group and accommodated all of our requests. Housekeeping was efficient. Beds and bedding was amazing!!!!
