Easy 10 minute ride from the airport. The place was clean and next to Juan Carlos Park, a nice place to walk and for sports. It is also a 15 min walk to a mall. The breakfast buffet was fantastic with everything you can dream of for a family of five with many different tastes. The restaurant menu was also very good for lunch and dinner.

Beds super confortable, very efficient curtain in the room to sleep late. Nice swimming pool and very complete breakfast. We stay in that hotel after the a day at the Warner Bross park and before to take our flight the next day

Had to book last minute here as our flight back to the US was cancelled. The location is great insofar as it is just a ten minute drive to the airport. The food at the bar for lunch was nice but the menu is very limited. A huge conference, or number of conferences must have been going on as the lobby was packed, so no hope for dinner there. Turned out okay because it was the same menu which seemed boring. We went to the bar next door at The Pullman, and the food there, though rich, was nice. The room was insanely expensive for what it was, but since it was a last minute booking I had no choice. I appreciated the kind staff and clean and quiet rooms.

Very nice and clean hotel. Very good breakfast for additional fee. Close to the airport, but around 25 minutes from the centrum. Parking for additional fee. Pool only outdoor and it was closed when we were there.

Overall it was great, we love the breakfast, they offer gluten free options and they are very careful with food contamination.
