Very nice room, clean, many small details, which do the place very cozy. The owner is very nice, gave us all necessary information. The location is convenient - there is direct bus to the historical center and free parking around the place.
Owner was very pleasant and accommodating for our late check in! Highly recommend and is in a good location!
The room was spacious and everything was perfectly clean. There is a pretty decorated garden outside where Emy (the cat in photos) accompanies you while you enjoy your drink or smoke. The host (Simone) is a very warm and helpful person who describes all your needs and gives suggestions for the restaurants and facilities around.
Although the breakfast is not included, there is always some cake, biscuits, coffee, tea, water and cold latte. Bus station is very close and you can use number 13 to go to the old center. It passes every 5 mins until 1 am from the center.
House is clean, coffee, tea and sweets on the shared hallway free to use and toiletries also.
The room was comfortable and clean. The property is close to the regular bus into Bologna city centre and the rail station.
