I loved how perfectly it was situated near everything of interest. It’s just around the corner from the church of Santa Croce, and only an 8 minute walk from the duomo.

The location is perfect with restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. It very close to Santa Croce and only minutes away from the Duomo and Uffizi.

Diana and the team were great with communication and sending the info we needed in advance. The apartment is adorable and we appreciated the amenities, especially the coffee maker and laundry. It’s a great space for a multiple day stay in Florence. We loved the map they made and gave to us with great spots to visit. They also very kindly helped us book a taxi on our last day. We could get everywhere we needed by walking and so many cool things to see in the neighborhood! Very clean also and had everything we needed! I would definitely stay here again!

There was no breakfast included but Nespresso pods were provided. Loved that the property had a lift however there were never any lights on once inside the door so we wandered in the dark whenever we came home at night. The staff were excellent arranging for a taxi next morning for a tour we had booked, and again when we left as they seem in very short supply. They were very helpful with restaurant advice and had a great map for us. Loved the location as far as restaurants and close to the sights but it was far from the train so we had to take 4 taxis during our stay as a result. Cute little kitchen area, nice bathroom and having a washing machine and drying rack and internet was great. Overall great value.
