Staff(Alex) very helpful. Since this apartment no has elevator, So he help us took our luggages to the room.
centrally located, a bit difficult to find, there was a bedroom and a separate kitchen, wi-fi, clear guidance during the check-in

The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The room was really big, we also had an extra bed for one person even if we booked a double room and that was great. The location was nearly everything that we could visit and it's very easy to arrive from the airport. I love the fact that there was a bidet and a large shower.
The kitchen had a lot of things even if it wasn't very big, we didn't use it that much but I think that it's useful.
The apartment was very good for visiting Florence, you had everything near and even the main attractions were pretty close by walking distance.
