The manager was awesome. It was homey which made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. The location was so beautiful and isolated. Felt like a reset.
This was a wonderful place to stay. We loved the staff, the room the grounds and the restaurant. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.
Excellent dinner and breakfast. Very good view too.
A perfect stay along my trip.
The location is perfect, in the middle of the mountain, thus the view was perfect.
All the property was very clean, glowing, like I didn't want to make it dirty. And I got the view as well from the bathroom.
And of course delicious food for breakfast and dinner.
This is a family owned hotel, and they managed themselves, and all of them was so kind, Bernie, Dorris, and also Pietro. They always kind to bring and pick me from the cable car.
Perfect.
The hotel staff and restaurant staff were exceptional. My wife is a vegetarian and they prepared wonderful meals for her. The setting was great, the room comfortable. We enjoyed the included Bolsena pass, we rode the gondola into town and took the bus to the Iceman museum--all fees included with the pass. We wish we had stayed longer. Danke
