Staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and comfortable. The free transit pass was an amazing bonus - gets you access to all the buses up into the mountains for the full day you check out as well.

We loved our stay at this hotel. We were close enough to walk to sites plus the city transit was a stone's throw from the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful answering the several questions we had. We had purchased wine at a local store and realized we did not have a corkscrew. Restaurant staff were happy to open the bottle for us.
Great location and staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Would stay again on our way to the Dolomites.
