A spacious apartment near several bus stops, so even without a car you can easily get to the city center and the station. The apartment looks the same as in the photos, very clean.
Located on the third floor, without an elevator. There is self check in, no keys, door opening with app and code. The host provided us with all the information in advance via mail (detailed bulletin), and via Whatsup.
Great deal for the money, I recommend.
It was a lovely quiet flat. There were 2 parking lots nearby what is gold in Perugia.
Perfect base to explore Umbria just like we did.

L'appartamento era pulito, caldo e accogliente. Il parcheggio sotto casa sempre disponibile. Lontano dal centro, ma facilmente raggiungibile in macchina. Lo consiglio.
Appartamento curato e molto pulito.
Spazi ampi e arredati per ogni tipologia di ospite( presente anche una culla)
La tripla esposizione permette di mantenere un clima gradevole e fresco all' interno dell' appartamento pur nn essendoci l'aria condizionata.
