Quite spacious for a studio apartment, tall ceilings, there's AC and you have the whole place to yourself. Great location if you're visiting the Biennale, the neighborhood seems really quiet. Overall quite satisfied with the apartment.

Clean, close to Arsenale and Giardini. Ideal for people going to Biennale.

We stayed in this apartment with my friends for one night, everything suited us and we liked it, it was clean, tidy, the environment was very quiet, we slept really well. Although the apartment is further from the center of Venice, it was an advantage for us as we wanted a quiet environment. There is also a small balcony, it was very nice to sit on it in the morning and drink coffee. Also, the owner of the apartment is a very nice person.

When our bags were lost by the airline we flew in on, Ca Giardini offered to help us communicate with the airport and when the bags were delivered to the office they brought them right to our apartment. The apartment was very clean and well stocked and the location was incredible. Staff is extremely friendly and easy to communicate with.

The location was great, the property was spacious and my family were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay while in Venice.
