i loved the central location, literally a stones throw away from the duomo and other notable attractions. The host was very hospitable with me and gave clear instructions on how to get into the property and on how to use the free wifi. i was apprehensive at first as some of the reviews wasn't very good, but i implore you not to base your decision on the reviews as it doesnt give a true reflection of the property or the host. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Yes the property is slightly dated but that should be expected in a city as old as florence. THANKYOU FOR THE MOST PERFECT STAY IN MY ALL TIME FAVOURITE CITY IN ITALY!

The location was amazing all the landmarks were walking distance. The apartment was clean and cosy and the owner was excellent in communicating with us. The kitchen was well equipped. We had a wonderful time, we will definitely come back to stay.

Excellent central location. Clean and well presented. Very comfy bed Excellent price for those on a budget. Host/owner was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again and would definitely recommend others to.

The location was excellent. The property is just a few minutes walk to the main attractions: 10 minutes to the Duomo, 12 minutes to Piazza della Signoria, 13 minutes to the Ufizi Gallery, etc. The property is on a narrow and very quiet street. The bedrooms' windows look towards an inner yard, so it's absolutely quiet during the night. The host was excellent, kept in touch and made sure everything was OK.
