Perfect location. We were contacted a few days ahead of arrival and provided great service when we arrived. We were met at the entrance by a local who showed us around. The place is inside a gallery which was a nice treat and there is a courtyard as well. It was perfect with the right amenities and amount of space for us. The beds were exceptionally comfortable - not too firm or soft. We would highly recommend and would book again in the future. It was outside the main square and we preferred that. The local stores and restaurants felt more authentic and the area was quieter than the main area like saint marcos square. But it was only a 15-20 minute walk to get there. We also took a gondola from there as well and had a great experience with a guide who told us about Venice and took a relaxing route around Venice.

Amazing apartment! My family of 5 joked that we were ready to move it. Huge amount of space, private, great AC. A couple of minutes walk to gelato, a grocery store, and amazing restaurants and cicchetti in the foodie neighborhood of Cannareggio. Our favorite apartment from the vacation!

Very quiet and private but a quick walk to everything. Simon the manager was amazing and was so helpful. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Property is lovely with a beautiful patio.

It’s in a great location and in a beautiful setting within a gallery. The decor is tasteful and minimalistic, and the kitchens and bathrooms and bedrooms weee perfect. Aircon and automatic blinds for blackout.
