Lovely apartments, perhaps the best we have stayed in in Italy so far. Gianluca is a wonderful host, he explained everything to us and took care of our needs. The room has a very good bed. It has an orthopaedic mattress and pillows that mould to the shape of your body, making it very comfortable. The bathroom is very clean and glossy. Perfectly located - just steps from the underground station Sant'Agnese/Annibaliano and the bus stop for the city center and the railway station. We found it more convenient to travel by bus. You can make tea (we liked the orange one :-)) or coffee in the communal area. Excellent Wi-Fi, even two routers. Thank you for everything and we wish Gianluca all the best in his future endeavours!

Clean and comfy room for a great value! The manager Gianluca is excellent and helped us with whatever we needed. The location is right next to a metro station so you can get to Rome attractions very easily

Perfect location - super near the metro/bus station Near bakery, mini grocery shop, cafe bar, restaurant Great bed and pillows Fresh towels Quiet and private place, (when closed window blinds - no sounds from street) Basic kitchen bar in a shared room (cofee, tea, plates) Very kind housekeeper (helps with many things - thank you again)

A nice place to rest and enjoy yourself. The housekeeper was very kind and willing to help us. I recommend it!
