The owner is super friendly. Extremely clean rooms, with all you need. Coffee machine, microwave and big cooler with freezer, well equipped kitchen, spacy apartment. He has a charming restaurant opposite to the apartment, with wide selection of italian wines and very nice food. The City center is 15-20 mins by walk.

Good communication with the owner. Sizable unit.. easy instructions..away from the madness. Close enough to both santa novella ...and the old city

For us, the location was very important and this place was in a great position, no more than half an hours walk to anything we wanted to do, but just outside the main hustle and bustle of Florence, so we could have a peaceful drink and meal in the evening (interesting bars in the area so it was great to explore). The host was super helpful and communicative, check in was easy. The bed was very comfortable, and fridge/microwave/coffee machine were great.

Location is ideal only 25 min from the railway station and 20 to the centre of Florence. Lovely area where there were many bars cafe and restaurants and safe to walk around at night. The apartment was comfortable and safe.

Everything, owner was lovely, location was within walking distance of major attractions. Everything you needed was in the kitchen.
