Proximity to public transportation was unmatched. It is right next to the water taxis and train station. Only a short walk to bus station. (Just be aware if you have luggage that you have to cross 1 stair bridge to get to the buses and back.) venice is not a large island so St marks Square was only a 25 min walk also. The staff was excellent to work with.
Absolutely fantastic location three minutes from the train station. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice.
Really close to the train station, big storage to leave your bags in case you arrive early
had even a kitchen! Nice private toilet, even if 1 floor upstairs, but is nice! room very clean, nice tv, nice street view. convenient elevator. Unbeatable value for money in Venice!
