Staff very nice, very welcoming and facilitate our life during the stay.
Very close to the lake and start to a nice walk to Stresa center.
Very kind receptionist. Give us information about free parking. And some information about the ferry.
Excellent location, good value for money, helpful staff
The short walk up from the first Stresa boat stop from Isola Bella was paved and not difficult. Very Close to lovely promenade along the sea towards the main part of the town.
Helpful kind young man at front desk arranged a taxi for transport to train station-- he had to call 3 people but persisted and it worked out flawlessly. Nice lady in the bar area served a tasty relaxing Aperol Spritz (10euros).
Very pleasant view facing the local area/hill from top floor room. Wake up call and taxi reminder call was very appreciated.
The staff was wonderful at this hotel. Breakfast was great as was the bar. We enjoyed spending a couple hours at the pool after returning from a day on the lake. Bathroom was a good size!
