The staff was very friendly and gave personal attention to all of the guests as far as I observed. The location convenient with easy parking. Breakfast was delicious. This was the perfect hotel for our family for visiting Stresa (3 children: 9 years, 5 years, and 10 months). I would stay here again!

We went with a friend who knew there away around so the skiing went very well but we don't speak German so it was a little challenging.

The food was fantastic, we were there out of season so the hotel was quiet. the hotel is very original from build but has all mod's and con's you need. The cosy bar, pool and spa is all lovely.

Absolutely awesome place, we enjoyed our stay here a lot! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the staff members are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, the best scrambled eggs. The dinner at the hotel was also great, highly recommend trying it. Finally, the location is perfect: it’s very quiet, with a nice view out of the balcony, there is a spar store and a pharmacy nearby, and it’s only about 10 min walk to the cable cars up the mountains.
