Excellent staff, really helpful
Awesome food
We booked the hotel for a group of friends and family during our wedding weekend. Amazing views, great location (close to the lift), great food at the restaurant and Helmut at the reception was a true star and made our stay a great experience. Big thank you!!!
The staff are extremely courteous and attentive and ready to assist. We mistakenly booked the wrong night on line and they changed our reservation without issue. Our dinner and breakfast were both excellent and the spa facilities are nice. The hotel is on a golf course located outside town. It's quiet and the scenery overlooking the valley is beautiful.
The place was beautiful. The staff was really helpful and nice. The breakfast was really good and the hotel restaurant amazing. The room was big and with a nice view.
Great views, great staff and very good breakfast. The room was clean and nice. Really nothing to complain about. Some reviews talk about the price, but everything in Siusi area is expensive due to the Alpe de Siusi and high demand. The only thing I would advise is to be aware this is a GOLF hotel so most people are there to golf.
Also: there is no air conditioning so be aware that if forecast is for heat it is hot in the rooms. Our room faced the sun so when it was 85 degrees F (29 C) it was very hot in the room.
The owners were wonderful in being accommodating and helpful so if you need anything while there just ask!!!
