The location is fantastic. The staff, very accomidating and knowledgeble. Wifi is fast. My expectations were far exceeded.
Staff very nice we arrived quite late and they received us very friendly
I really loved the neighborhood. This was my first time in Venice and coming from Rome and Florence I felt like I had chosen too many busy cities for my trip but this hotel is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood. Still very much close to many wonderful restaurants and shops. I had so much fun exploring the neighborhoods and was able to still visit the three museums I set out to see.
The location was great, we liked that it was quiet and a good distance from the busy touristy areas (with lots of restaurants and cafes still nearby). The place has character, but everything was very clean and our room was really cute with big windows that opened onto a courtyard (that all guests have access to). Staff were great, very nice and the check-in/check-out was smooth and easy.
Great staff, easy check in and very warm bedrooms in the winter.
