- Before arriving we were directions to the apartment and instructions to send them a message when we've arrived. To get in the first time, we sent the owner a message using the booking messaging system, they buzzed us into the building where the keys were in the room. - Good location with a metro station closeby and also a bigger supermarket within 5-10 minutes walking distance. - We accidentally broke a glass while washing, we mentioned this to the owner and they were very nice about it. - Air-conditioning worked good. - Kitchen had sufficient tools, cutlery, and pans. - Shower/bathroom was small but everything worked fine. - Smarttv was present - Nice little balcony.

The location of the apartment was great. It was away from the center, but at the same time 5 minutes away from the T2 tram which gets you to the center in 6 stops. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable for 4 people to comfortably stay in. Having a washing machine was also very convenient.

Very close to the tram stop that takes around 10min to take you to the center of old town Florence. It's in a safe street and close to a big supermarket. Very good for up to 3 people. I would for sure stay where again.
