Charles met us at the apartment as soon as we arrived. Charles is a very friendly, dynamic and communicative host. We felt as if we'd known him all along. He gave us a quick orientation and recommendations ( with a map) of things to do in Taormina. It was very helpful. OH! he also left us with a bag of local pastries. Thank you! Charles. They were so good that we had to visit this pastries store a couple times during our stay. The apartment is well located, 10 minutes walk to the City Center. It was very clean and had amenities beyond our expectations. Of the many many properties we rented via Booking .com it was the first and only time we saw a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. This speaks a lot of how our host anticipates unexpected situations. The property is very well managed. Charles also sent frequent texts to inquire if we needed anything or to answer our questions, making himself available at all times.

The location was awesome and the host was FANTASTIC. He was very responsive when we had questions and even gave quite a few of amazing recommendations. Very spacious and if I am ever in Taormina again will definitely try and book here!
