Good location if you want to be away from the crowds.

The apt was very comfortable for our group of 5 The multi bathrooms were a huge plus The A/C worked beautifully The views were nice We were able to store our luggage early and leave after check out-such a HUGE help Pietro and his staff were very pleasant and accommodating Location was good for restaurants and the ferry Quiet and safe

Everything! The property is perfect as are the hosts. I would stay here again without even looking for another option.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 6: 2 active grandparents, 2 middle aged adults, and 2 boys ages 5 and 8. It was away from the crowded, touristy parts Venice but was still a pretty easy walk from the train station with our luggage. It was very clean, and we loved having a washer right in the apartment. We adored just wandering around the calles and canals, and we felt like we were in an actual neighborhood. There is a street very close by with tons of great food that you can eat canalside.

Excellent apartment. Very spacious, clean and well appointed, perfect for a family. It’s in a great location away from the crowds in a charming part of Venice and close to Vaparetto stations. The apartment is high up so you could see over the buildings out to Murano and the Dolomites. The views were amazing. We loved it here!
