Easy to contact manager and arrange to check in. At the corner there is a small bar to buy gelato, bakery, sodas, etc. A/C works well. Ability to cook with a gas stove, microwave. We really appreciated washing machine and line dry.

I loved everything! From the check in, to the house itself! So well thought out, amazing facilities at the stay, it was a very very smooth experience!

The apartment was very clean and quiet and had all the amenities we needed... from all the cookware to a washing machine to ironing table and iron. There is a large balcony which would be fantastic during warmer seasons. Patricia greeted us in person and walked us through the unit. The main Florence concert hall is very close and we took advantage of that to watch a music performance.

Lovely apartment, equipped with everything needed for stay. It’s much better in reality than in photos. Clean, warm, nice balconies, very convenient location. The owner is very nice, helpful and gives all the details, which makes your stay easy

The apartment is big and clean. The kitchen is nicely stacked with all the tools needed to cook. Bed is comfortable. The place is close to Florence center.
