This is a lovely studio flat with everything you need for a stay in Spoleto. It is very closely located to the railway station, on a very quiet street.

Claudia replies promptly to questions. I was a little under the weather, she prepared a warm, well heated apartment for me to checkin early. Apartment is less than 5 min from train station with several restaurants and supermarkets close by. It is also easy walk to visit the town itself or as a base to visit other towns in the area. The apartment is super clean, comes with efficient washing machine and detergent, nice kitchen with big fridge. She provides tourist information and recommendations for restaurants and also gives home cooking experiences of local cuisine. I highly recommend choosing her apartment when you visit the umbria region.

Everything is clean. It is a nice huge place for just the 2 of us.

Struttura comoda e accogliente. Proprietari gentili e molto disponibili. Buona posizione, in dieci minuti di cammino si raggiunge il parcheggio Posterna dove con i tapis roulant si raggiunge comodamente il centro. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile sulla strada dell' appartamento.
