Customer service was excellent. The canal view was beautiful.
Potentially best rooms we booked in 10 day Italy trip. Superb location. Was a little nervous about automated check in but directions worked like a charm, and the 1 time we did have a question, an English speaking person answered help line instantly and resolved question in 30 seconds.
Everything and anything, supreme money worth, beautiful, clean and huge place to stay. Would definitely come back again!
The apartment was perfect for a family of 3 or 4- Spacious, modern and with all the facilities one would need. Communication with AI customer service was clear and prompt.
Location was amazing! The main bedroom faces the canal. The apartment is 3 minutes from San Marco piazza and close to a lot of great restaurants and cafes. It comes free with storage after or before check-in. We had an excellent overall.
