It was perfect for our first stop in Italy. Staff were amazing, location was very convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was great.

Just like the photos, the room was clean, cozy and had all the necessities. More than enough towels were provided, single-use slippers, body wash, shapmoo, shower caps, little hard soaps for the hands. The bathroom was clean (no mould/rust), water pressure was good, our room even had a bidet! Good air-con, mini-fridge, kettle. Tasty breakfast. Staff was very welcoming. Great location (20min walk to Basilica di San Marco).

Quaint and perfect rooms with a wonderful view of Venice rooftops. Well situated close to busier streets and yet quiet. Easy to access all of Venice as well as vaporetto stops. Everything was clean. Coffee maker in the room made good coffee. Breakfast orders were turned in at 6pm the prior evening and delivered to your room. If they could accommodate an earlier breakfast, they did. Hosts were wonderful and kind. A small thing, but the owner let me fumble through and practice my Italian instead of just speaking only English to me. So kind. I would stay here again.
