Swedish cafe across road was great for breakfast, alternatives on their closed days were not much further. Location allowed foot access to Arno, central locations, as well as back ways to Arcetri village and surrounds, and close to Viale Machiavelli/Galileo, Boboli, etc. Our contact person was very responsive and friendly for any questions that came up during or after stay too.

Host was really prompt and friendly when meeting us for the key handover and gave us a walkthrough of the apartment. We liked the location - close and walkable to everything we wanted to see but not in the center. Apartment was really spacious. The garden was nice and cute, but had a lot of bugs so we didn't spend too much time there.

Location is great, near historical part, however, in the part not so croudy, where local people have their normal life. A lot of very good restaurants, where locals eat. House is super, from 1790, and the whole floor ground with small interior lovely garden was at our disposal. Fournishing, and whole arrangement of the appartment was very stylish, like an ancient Florentin House. If my understanding of the inscription on the outer wall was good, this house served as a house of cleaning of beef tripe in the past. House with a story, and you feel that, beeing there. Very lovely time, we spent there.
