Location 10min walk from the centre and the S.M. Novella station which is well connected to other nearby cities. Friendly and responsive host willing to offer assistance throughout the stay. Clean apartment with beautiful ceilings.

The stay was very nice. The appartment was specious. The kithen was not new but one could find everything there. The paintings on the silling added charm to the place.

Spacious apartment with a full kitchen and washing machine. Bed was really comfortable. Plenty of room for our clothes and bags. The location is excellent. Management very kindly let us drop our bags early and helped us sort out the hot water heater when we couldn’t figure it out. Very communicative.

Fabulous location close to the city centre. It was as described and had all you could need. Lovely staff and very collaborative

The apartament is close to most tourist locations in Florence, but it is also very quiet so you won't have problems sleeping at night. At the time of my reservation it was also the cheapest option available that didn't have concerning opinions of previous guest.

The mattress in the bed was not too soft and not too hard. I didn't use the sofa in the other room.

Definitely recommend if you want to have a place all to yourself during your stay in Florence but you don't need a lot to be happy with your stay.

The ceilings are a beautiful addition to the stay :)
