Location is unbelievable, staff if so nice welcoming and helpful, rooms are spacious and tidy. Breakfast is crazy good and the staff also surprised us with fresh fruit delivered to the room. Loved everything about this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a lovingly restored palazzo, on the floor once inhabited by scholar and scientist Giambattista della Porta. Our room was comfortable, well appointed, with working air conditioning (important in late July) and a comfy bed. The location is fantastic for those who wish to be centrally located, and the staff are very helpful in pointing out things to see and do around the hotel and in Naples generally. The staff really stood out as extremely helpful - they did everything to make our stay comfortable and welcome (thanks for the check-in Prosecco bottle!) and were responsive to any questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything. Great place to stop and visit Naples. Very good breakfast. Historical apartments. Very nice and comfortable rooms.

Anna, on the reception, was exceptional.

Booking.com had the details incorrect, so she went out of her way to find the best solution for me and my teenage children, adding an extra bed to our room.

Breakfast was equally as exceptional.
