I had an amazing experience during my stay — everything exceeded my expectations! The facilities were spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The staff was truly outstanding: friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect.
The location is also fantastic — very well connected and just a short walk from major metro and train stations. Getting to the most iconic and tourist-friendly spots in the city was easy, fast, and convenient.
Every service offered was top-quality and made my trip so much more enjoyable. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting the city. It was one of the highlights of my trip, and I’m truly grateful for the wonderful hospitality. Thank you for making my stay so special!
Location was excellent for our purposes since we wanted to travel out of Napoli. Room was of a reasonable size, well equipped and suitable for our 4-night stay. It was clean and beds were comfortable. Air conditioning was working really well.
The lady owner was extremely nice and gave us some useful advices, as well as the free coffee at the day of the arrival.
The Hotel Cineholiday worked out very well for a brief stay in Napoli. The facilities, location, staff, breakfast and everything else worked out very well.
